Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a software product / service
that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However,
cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the software product owner and our team has
initiated the process of building the software product,. In such an event, you may choose to reject the software roduct development process.
CODECRUX WEB TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED cancellation requests can be done on mutual agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for IT services are available under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been delivered or started.
- Significant issues or problems are found with the service provided, and we are unable to resolve them to your satisfaction.
Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase date.
Include your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and notify you of
the status of your refund within 14 business days.
Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if a portion of the service has been completed and delivered, and the remaining work cannot be completed as agreed.
5. Service Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service before it begins, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made prior to service initiation may qualify for a full refund, minus any transaction fees that may apply.
6. Exceptions
We do not provide refunds for services rendered or for custom software development and consulting work once it has been started or completed, unless there is a specific provision in the service agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the case of a dispute, we will work with you to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may be eligible for arbitration or other dispute resolution methods as stipulated in our terms of service.
