Business Development Executive
Hyderabad - (Full Time)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Jr. Business Development Executive who holds a good experience in generating business for IT services companies, especially for their web application designs & development and mobile application development etc. services.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and marketing of software services

2. Recognising the needs of customers

3. Regular meetings with customers to identify and obtain further sales and business opportunities

4. Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market

5. To construct sales pitches and presentations

6. To convert leads into opportunity

7. To develop sales strategies

8. To expand current prospect database within specified business industries to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business

9. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products and services

10. Study market behaviour closely to identify appropriate time to pitch in for a specific business industry

11. Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner, follow up on submissions and close business deals

12. Adhere to all the quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers, opportunities, and submission of tender & contract documents

13. Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place and competitor's activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Good english communication skills

2. Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentable skills to close the sale

3. Ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies

4. Have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming

5. Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market

6. Possess growth-oriented philosophy and be able to manage growth responsibly

7. Information Technology related industry experience will be preferred

Education:

UG: Any graduates with any specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM with any specialization, Information Technology, Marketing
